Hello, good morning, I am new to this. I am trying to install prtg in a virtual machine with windows server 2019 operating system, the problem I have is that it does not recognize my devices at the root, I would like to know if there is any special way to install prtg in a virtual machine.

Hi there,

There is no difference in installing PRTG on a physical server and a virtual server. We only recommend that you virtual server is configured to assign PRTG dedicated hardware resources.
Therefore, please let me know which error message occurs?
