hi,
Our administrator account gets locked out from the PRTG server. Would any of the scans or the probes cause the lock out?

Hi there,
do you refer to your Windows Administrator account? If so, please check whether this account is used in PRTG and whether the password is correct. Therefore, you can use this tool: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/76000064806
This script will give you a sortable list of all usernames configured in devices and groups, which can be filtered as necessary.

Thanks for the script. It was not PRTG causing the admin lockout
