Hi,

We are getting a warring for our Dell T420 Server in PRTG, however IDRAC and ESXi show no issues.

Is PRTG hardware sensor getting a value it does not understand ?

Hello there,

The SOAP protocol shows an unknown state for the components, the system can't get an actual state from those. If you don't want to get informed about this, you can switch to "Do not show unknown states" in the sensor settings.
