Hi all,
I'm using the sensor wmiprocesssensor to check the performance of the process related to SSIS service. That process is not always running maybe because there is not job running sql side.
when PRTG doesn't find the process the sensor goes down and I receive this error " Windows process you want to monitor cannot be found. To resolve this issue, check if you correctly specified the process name in the sensor settings. Also check if the process is running on the target machine. (code: PE009)"
It is possible to set the sensor to don't do anything if the process is not started?
Thanks

Hello,
the process sensor always turns to the alert status if the process is not running. This is by design. You can use an HTTP notification to have the alert acknowledged though.
