Hi,
I keep getting these tickets "We recommend Windows Server 2012 R2 or later". However, it is running on Windows 10 Pro, which exceeds your requirements, so why am I getting these over and over?

I've received these on two separate PRTG installations, both on Windows 10 Pro. I get an e-mail notification of the ticket and the ticket also shows up in the PRTG portal under tickets.

Hello there,
Please let use know where you get this ticket and how the message looks like. If you write a mail to "support@paessler.com", you can also attach a screenshot, so we can take a closer look at this.
If you want to deactivate ticket notifications, you can do this in Setup | Account Settings | My Account in the Ticket System section.
