Email notification does not work.

I configured PRTG to send notifications by e-mail, but when I check the logs I see the following message:
"Status sending Email: DNS Server: x.x.x.x E-Mail: cliente@cliente.com.br. Connection Closed Gracefully".
Could you help me identify why this error occurs?
