intermittent ping issue from PRTG Server on AWS. the same IP i am able to ping from other Server I have on other subnet on AWS. command prompt also not able to ping

Hello Sim Ling Fong,

if you can't ping from the command line, it seems that the routing is not working at that time. According to your description, PRTG works at expected.

Please check the connectivity if the ping sensor goes into the error status, for example check with tracert at which point the route is broken.
