Please be informed that I Face Jump issue in all graphs of PRTG and this issue repeated daily for 20 Min then it back normal.

Are you referring to spikes in graphs of your SNMP sensors? If so, have you already tried the following: https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/823-why-do-i-see-huge-peaks-or-spikes-in-graphs-for-snmp-sensors
