Notification Triggers - exe program didn't work i put the program exe in PRTG Network Monitor\Notifications\EXE and create Notification Triggers When Traffic Total channel is Above 1 Mbit/second for at least 60 seconds, perform SDN When condition clears after a notification was triggered, perform SDN SDN---> its my Notification

when condition occur nothing happen - program didn't work ?

Hi Huda,

Please check the remarks that it takes to execute a program via a PRTG notification. Please pay extra attention at the user access rights, because a program runs under the security context of the user running the PRTG service.

You can also check if the program is been executed through PRTG via "Logs | System Events | Notification Related" in PRTG's web interface.

thank you the user was admin full access i got this :- Error sending "EXE": Timeout (Sensor/Source/ID: 1006/1006/1) in the Log. i didn't know what that mean ?

Please contact us via email to support@paessler.com and provide us with a screenshot of the entire notification template and a screenshot of the notification related logs.

We need to further analyze this and it's going to be much easier with actual screenshots to further pinpoint the cause of it.
