We are having a problem with a client, when we restart the core server and it stays, for example, 10 minutes away. Is it normal to have a blank graph during this time? is there anything that can be done so that it doesn't appear?

These sensors were in the probe itself along with the core server, but in a remote probe it was like disconnected from another time and still these spaces are empty and the customer complains a lot, and he likes the prtg but it is a bit boring subject

I'm afraid this is normal behavior in case the probe also was restarted. This is the case when the sensor is located on the local probe for example.
Where is the sensor located? A Remote Probe should actually cache the data and send it back to the core server when it's available again.
