Hello,
I have no problem monitoring ILO4 and up, But when it comes to ILO2 or ILO3, I have no way to set SNMP community on it, Is there any way to monitor it with SNMP HP System Health?

You have to configure SNMP on the running OS itself if you are using ILO3. For more details, please take a look at this article in our Knowledgebase.
