  • do you show a PRTG map, or other parts of the PRTG interface?
  • which browser do you use?
  • and which PRTG version?

yes i show devices map i use chrome/firefox browser PRTG version is 20.2.58.1629+

Dear Aman-it,

in this case please make sure that no plugins are used in Chrome. You could also create a new Chrome user for that, which then has no plugins.

If that does not help, please contact us through PRTG (Setup / Contact Support). By default, a support bundle is included, which is a collection of important logs.
