PRTG has not accepted automatic updates for a while.

We need to download the version and perform the installation manually.

Is there any reason why this occurs?

We have no problem running it manually, we just want to understand why it doesn't work anymore.

There are no general issues known regarding the Auto-Update. Is your server able to contact our corresponding update servers?
