I was hopping for some help please regarding the Auto discovery on PRTG, we have a number of servers we need sensors installed on.

We have have found if you add them one by one the sensors will work, however on creating a device template they then fail to work, 70% of the time you will just see the creation of multiple PING Sensors.

To confirm if this was a problem with the custom template knowing they where Dell Servers we then attempted to use the Server (Dell) Template again with no joy.

We have confirmed this dose not look to be a firewall problem, also support by the fact if one sensor is manually created it will work, any assistance or advise would be appreciated thanks.
