I have a problem with the public map of PRTG. I am using Firefox to display a map of PRTG. The necessary settings for public access are set up. Now the access is working but after a while the map wants login data from me.

What can I do? Many thanks to everyone who takes the time to help me.

How long does it take until the credentials are requested? Does this issue also occur when using the private/incognito mode of your browser? This way we can ensure that no plugins or cookies are interfering.
