Is there a way to exclude false positives from reports?
For example, we need to maintain a record of uptime for our customers and if there is a network issue on our monitoring server it can mark a system as down when it isn't. It would be good to be able to mark these incidents as being false positives and then count them as up.

Hello,
If a sensor is down/in error state, a report will also report this as downtime. I'm afraid it's not possible to mark the incidents as false positiv retrospectively. You can however disable Monitoring temporarily for maintenance to prevent false alarms.
