Hello to all,

I saw a down alert on logs page for my specific project. I cannot see the all content of message in the down alert. I have exported the log entries as xml. But I still cannot see what caused is it.

I am pretty new at PRTG. Is there any way to monitor full message?

Hi there,

The maximum length of strings in the sensor message field is 2,000 characters. I'm afraid that it's not possible to extend this further.
