Can you please help determine the cause why PRTG stop sending email to a certain email address. It is our primary email to receive PRTG alert, but it suddenly stopped working 2 weeks ago. The PRTG could send to any other account but only to this one email account which could not. Is there some sort of caching might be going on which stop it from sending?

Hi there,

I'm afraid that this sounds like an issue with your provider. If all mails work correctly, except for one address, we can't do anything on PRTG-side, I'm afraid.

What you can check on the PRTG side is the Logs > System Events > Notifications page. If there is an error returned by the mail server, it's listed there.
