I'm receiving System Error. Code: 5. Access is denied on my WIN API Eventlog Sensor

Any help would be appreciated as i can't seem to find any information about this.

Can you please change this to 300 or 600 seconds (should still be good enough for Event Log monitoring). Does this then reduce the frequency of these errors?
