User Story
As a PRTG User, I want the PRTG-Desktop application to have Device tools availability for Read-only users.
Details of User Story
Currently the device tools are available only to the users having admin rights but they are not available to a read-only user. I have a support team whom we cannot give write access for PRTG but the support team need to have a bridge between our NMS and our router's OS to directly access the OS from NMS's context menus. by launching a webpage or an application. Currently the readonly user cannot do so and we have to depend on a separate NMS just for this task.
Acceptance criteria
- Device tools should be available to all users.
- Device tools can be configured only by the admin.
