I would like to ask about the schedule of building the report, which will cause High CPU status, whether there are related configurations that can be adjusted or this is a BUG issue, because our monitoring chart will be broken. We produce the report on the first of every month. Only this day will have this situation.

The performance load of a report is usually related to the amount of result it includes. Which means, how many sensors for which time span should be included.
Please also make sure that the access to this data is not interferred by any security software. Please make sure to create exceptions for the PRTG processes and data folders:
Default directories for Folders:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor
C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor
Default directories for Processes:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\64 bit\PRTG Server.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\PRTG Probe.exe
