Hi Support, I have a user, who is a member of two groups. One group is called "Global Read Only" and the other is called "Servers Admin". Now the servers are set to notify both groups on any issues. Our users who are in either of the groups, correctly get the down/update alerts, but if a user is a member of two groups, they get the alert twice. Is there any way to prevent this?
Receiving multiple email alerts for same issue

Hi there,
If you configured two different triggers here, the mails will always get sent twice. The only workaround would be creating an additional Notification Template that includes all addresses from both templates and only use this new one.
Kind regards,
