I use the SNMP sensor. I read data from this OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.43.5.1.1.17.1 (result = VCF8Y68025) It is necessary that the received data be written to the value, but since it is an Octetstring, the sensor displays a message with the received data. How can I write text to a sensor value.

Thank your for your post. I'm afraid that PRTG does not support these kinds of strings. Normal strings are supported, but not hexadecimal or octet strings.

Hi Warlocter,

Please note that PRTG does not store strings and therefore it's not possible to display Sensor messages in a report.
