Hi Team,
We have 2 datacenters in our environment. We have 1 server per Datacenter which are part of the 2 node cluster in PRTG. we are moving servers from one DC to another and will be changing the IP. We would need assistance from your team to break the cluster and re-add it. It would be helpful to know what is the standard approach for such cluster break and re-ip of the moved cluster node. Please let me know if we can have a call to discuss more

Not the master node . just the failover node. we are going to move the failover node from once location to another and then re-ip. do we have a standard procedure for such requirements?

Hello,
If you don't need the data from the Failover node, it is much simpler to remove the current Failover from the cluster and install a new Failover on the new machine. If you need to keep the data from the Failover, then you will have to migrate it, for this please follow our Migration Guide.

Hello there,
Thank you for your post.
Just to make sure that I understand you correctly. You want to move your Master and Failover node to new machines, with different IPs?
So you want to break up the cluster, move the two nodes and then reform the cluster?
Kind regards,
