Why is there not a way to remove a portion of log entries?
I know we can delete ALL log entries, but we are left with a choice, keep them all or delete them all.
Why have you never programmed a way we can just select the ones we want gone and remove-delete them. Sure ask us a second time if we are sure, but even though I truly love this software for many years, it is just nuts that I do not have any control over the logs, with the exception of all or nothing.
Sure filtering while viewing is helpful, but that is limiting, as it is still all or nothing limited by date.
Being able to export them easily, such as a csv would be great also based upon date filters

Hello,
Which log files are you referring to? You can use the "Historic Data Purging" settings to delete logs automatically. You can find it in PRTG at: "Setup -> System Administration -> Core & Probes" If you scroll down, you see the purging configuration. Any value is the number of days for which PRTG keeps the data before deleting it.
Also you can delete specific old data manually. Bear in mind these entries will no longer be available for graphs, tables, or reports.
To do so:
1) Stop the PRTG service
2) Backup your PRTG data folder!
3) Delete old data files
4) Start PRTG service
