When I have a main site with PRTG core server and several remote probes, then internet becomes disconnected.
- Will the remote probe have some mail notification capabilities?
- Notifications only comes from core server?
- Can I see current monitoring locally on a remote probe? (when I don't have access to the remote probe)
Thanks in advance,

Hello Christian,
Thank you for your post.
Remote probes do not have do not have a GUI, they only collect the data and send it to the PRTG core server. Since the processing of the data is done by the core server, the notifications can only be sent by it.
If a remote probe is disconnected, it will continue to collect sensor data (for up to 500.000 sensor results), and send it to the core server once the connection is re-established.
For more information about how remote probes work please see this article.
