as our old server no disk storage, so i need to migrate to new server.

Yes, old and new server have to run the very same PRTG version during the migration. You can find the PRTG installer of the previously installed version on the previous PRTG server under C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor\PRTG Installer Archive.
Alternatively, you can also update the old server first (if you have valid maintenance) and perform the migration afterwards. For this, you can also use the latest installer which can be found here.
