Dear, good afternoon we have a device that most of the sensors is via SNMP where they worked perfectly and according to the client there was no change in the equipment, the sensors work and then stop and then work again, getting several alerts on monitoring, causing wear on the internal staff, the sensors work, collect data and over time give error with the following message
"intraffic = No such instance (SNMP error # 223) outtraffic = No such instance (SNMP error # 223) inerrors = No such instance (SNMP error # 223) outerror = No such instance (SNMP error # 223) indiscards = No such instance ( SNMP error # 223) outdiscards = No such instance (SNMP error # 223)"
soon after normalizes with ok message and then alarms again

Dear Daniel,
please use the SNMP Tester to check the available OIDs needed for those additional channels when the sensor is in the error status.
Since even the normal intraffic/ outtraffic OIDs seem to be missing, there appears to be a general issue with the device sometimes not responding to SNMP. Sometimes it helps to restart its SNMP Agent, or to reboot it.
