Hello,

When I log into PRTG through a web browser the page loads briefly then the loading icon just spins and spins. If I click onto devices it will show the correct information until it refreshes were it does the same thing with just loading?

Any ideas of whats wrong?

Hi there,

Sometimes it is caused by browser add-ons, for example "Grammarly" is a quite popular one that we encountered several times causing this.

Hi James,

In this case please send us logs using "Setup | Contact Support". Once you get the confirmation email with a ticket id, send us a screenshot showing the issue (ideally showing the full browser window).

While you're at it, please check if you encounter the issue as well when using the browser's Incognito Mode for accessing the web interface.
