HI

We have devices that do not support gaining access via a browser. These devices come with their own client software.

If there a way in PRTG to right click on a device and launch this software. I've checked in Device Tools and cannot see anything that will allow me to do this?

Please note that PRTG is only a monitoring tool which cannot launch any software on target devices.

Sorry, slight misunderstanding, the device software is installed on the same server as PRTG

For example

You can right click on a device, go to device tools and open a web browser to access the device, we need to open software that will access a device that does not allow access via a web browser, the software is NOT on a remote device

Instead of opening a web browser we need PRTG to open software LOCATED on the same server as PRTG
