User Story
As a PRTG User, or administrator, when I add a new device in PRTG I want to see an immediate indication that the host is a duplicate.

Acceptance criteria
- Criterion #1 When adding a duplicate device I would like to see some sort of indicator that the device is already on PRTG.
- Criterion #2 I should be able to have the option to accept or reject the "warning" that I am adding a device.
