Dear all,
I run into a problem when trying to reconvery a valid PRTG Configuration.dat.
The process starts normally but stuck at 11:31:28 - 60% - Preload Graph Cache 178/994. It is just running for 24 hours with no progress.
Could you point out how I can solve this issue?

thanks for your KB-posting.
In this case, please rename the file PRTG Graph Data Cache.dat (which can be found in PRTGs EXE folder) from .dat to .dat.old and re-start the PRTG Core Server service afterwards again. This will trigger a recalculation of the Graph Cache (which will take some time) but PRTG should be able to start up properly again.
