I've been tasked with setting up a report in PRTG to send out a summary e-mail when a server goes down and when it comes back up with all the details of the incident.
How do I go about this?

Hello there,
I think for this kind of detail you need to manually send an "incident report" emai about what was going on. PRTG does not recognize what is being undertaken to fix some issue that lead to down sensors and then wraps that up in an incident report.
