For our Security Cockpit I would like to export the sensors and their status. I have tried creating a report but th export files seems to be one file per sensor. Is it possible to create a csv file with all sensors and their status?

Yes, it's possible to create CSV files via a report. However, you will receive a CSV file for every Sensor added to the report.
If you want to use this feature, make sure that your selected device template supports "Data Files". Then you can select "Include CSV files only (available for templates with data tables)" under "Data Files" in the report settings.
