I am trying to create a sensor that will detect the status of the Globalscape EFT Server service. However, when I try to add the sensor the service just does not show.

When you try adding the WMI Service sensor to this device, does it show any of the services running on the host, or does it just not show the EFT Server service?

Is it possible it's not running as a service, but as a process?

It shows all the services(running/stopped) except for the EFT Server service.

Actually, none of the services are showing.

Please consider this issue resolved. The problem was a typo in the IP address of the parent sensor.
