I upgraded to version 19.1.48.2868 and lost all data prior to the upgrade. The data appears to be present in the Paessler folder. What has happened? How do I recover the missing data?

Open the PRTG Administration Tool on your PRTG server, click on the Core Server tab, and make sure the Location for PRTG Data Files is pointing to the correct folder where your PRTG data resides on your server.
