Can I install a Windows CA service to the same server PRTG is installed on?
Will there be any conficts doing this?

Technically yes, but I would not recommend it, I mean a user asked once in the past if it is possible to install PRTG on a domain controller and while it is also technically possible, it is not really a good idea, since during PRTG updates often a reboot is required due to locked files and alike, so no, I would not recommend it, the machine should be primarily for running PRTG and not having other vital tasks for your network.
