Dear all,

I have a small question cause I haven't found anyhting in the KB about it.

I am using the PRTG Desktop Client and I am connected to our Core which works well.

But for some demonstartion I would like to connect to the Paessler Demo Environment.

I knew this possible when you install the Desktop Client the first time, but how is it possible when you are already connected to the own core?

Hope you can help me with this.

Hi Christoph,

You can add more Core Servers by navigating to File > Settings. In the Accounts tab you can use the + icon to add more servers.

But when I install the PRTG Desktop I can select DEMO (or similar) and then it connects somewhere where I can see mutiple Maps and Devices to Show. I want this Environment becide my productive core to show new customers.

Hi Christoph,

I'm sorry, I missed that. We cannot provide you with those credentials, but you could simply install the Desktop Client anew to get this added. Please note, that you need to delete the following folder after uninstalling:

%AppData%/Paessler (roaming not local)
