I recently migrated our PRTG installation to a new server, with a new server name. I was able to move everything across, and all my sensors came across, overall a success.

One area I did notice is that the URL's in the notification links are still pointing to the old server name. Where do I make this change in the system to reflect the new name of the server?

Did you already check the DNS name settings under Setup | System Administration | User Interface?
