I'm using GLPI (http://glpi-project.org/) in order to manage my IT service. It's very useful because there is a ticket manager, contracts manager, inventory manager, etc.

Problem, is it possible to send tickets from PRTG to the ticket manager of GLPI ? Is there an API or something ?

You can consider two distinct approaches based on which format would work better or be compatible with GLPI:

  • Use PRTG's API to query for open tickets, then re-create the ticket in GLPI and close the PRTG Ticket.

Hello,

This depends on the feature set of GLPI. If the software for instance supports notifications via HTTP push, you can forward the message to PRTG using the HTTP Push Data Advanced Sensor to then trigger a notification.
