Is there a way to limit the amount of API calls a certain user can issue? I saw an earlier post (https://helpdesk.paessler.com/en/support/solutions/articles/20153-is-there-a-limit-number-of-request-per-seconds-for-prtg-api) but it was from 2011, is there a recent update on this?

Thank you for the post!

It's not possible to limit the amount of possible API Calls for users. You can only limit the entire access of a user (to change the user to a "read only" user). In this case, the user is only possible to execute read API calls on the devices to which the user has access.
