Sensor marked as down

I created a custom SNMP sensor.

This OID only returns numerical values when the service associated with the OID is running. When the OID doesn't receive data from the poll, the sensor is marked as down. How do I just make this sensor stay green and use limits to alarm when the sensor threshold is being breached?
