Hey, i want PRTG to be able to generate tickets for critical(down) alerts with my ticketing system, for example link PRTG with my ticketing system so that when there is a critical issue a ticket gets created on spiceworks and assigned to the right person. Is this possible by any chance??

I know this is old, but why cant you just have prtg email your spiceworks monitored inbox. We do it that way.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, we currently have no official way of doing this or a guide. However you might be able to utilize the "Execute HTTP Action"-option of a notification under "Setup > Account Settings > Notifications".
