I've create a new SNMP Library for our FX2 chassis using the MiB provided by Dell using the MiB importer. The sensors are all reporting the correct values (a number value representing the different states i.e 4 for Critical).

However adding the sensors results in them all being green OK. I have to manually go into each sensor and adjust the channel levels so that it reports correctly.

Is there an easier way to do this? Or even select multiple sensors / channels and set the limits across the board?

You can use multi-edit to edit channel limits of the same channel of the same sensor type for multiple sensors at the same time.

Another option is to configure a sample device, create a device template and use that to populate other device objects with these sensors.

Hovering the Sensor name will show you the Device and Group the sensor is in.
