for example if a device is down then i want to send a notification only once to the admin, it is keep sending notifications , in a minutes it is sending at-least 10 times. so please tell me how to configure the settings so that if a device is down then it should send only once notification.

Please check the Notification Trigger settings of the affected sensor.
It could be possible that you have set the trigger that if the sensor is still in the down state a notification is sent every x minutes.
Furthermore you can also check the settings of the Notification Template for the Method in the Notification Summarization section.
