we have PRTG 18.2.40.1683 installed on server, and we would like to install the same version on new server but it can't be installed because it's an old version, my question is, can we install a new version like 19 on new server, and disactived the license from the old one, and install it on new ?
NW: the period of maintenance is already expired
A newer version is likely going to work here. Please open up a case via support@paessler.com to get this sorted. Include the last six digits of your license. Thanks!
