Notification triggers:

The State trigger has the option to repeat notification on a configurable interval.

It doesn't look like any of the other triggers have this option?

Is there any reason why?

I would make use of this on a Threshold trigger. It would probably be useful on the Volume and Speed triggers as well.

The "repeat every x minutes" is only available in the "State Trigger". However, since a Threshold or a Speed Trigger does not have the same value for a long time, a repeat option would not be useful.
Instead of a Threshold Trigger, you can use limits and the State Trigger. In this case, you can use the repeat option.
