I have installed PRTG Core on a server located at my home. And im gonna use it to monitor all the devices and servers at home.

I do not use a domain.

I need to enter credentials (computername, user and password) in the setttings for it to use WMI to scan.

But since its multiple computers (servers), i dont know what to enter. And all of them have different passwords, i guess i just could make this the same on every server. But that dont help with the computername i have to enter.

So, how do i setup so it uses WMI when there is no domain, no domainadmin-account or anything else that comes with having a domain.

If the target device is not part of the very same domain as the performing probe device, you need to use a local admin account instead. Please refer to this article for details.
