User Story
As a PRTG User, I want to be able to reliably send IPFIX flow statistics to the PRTG server.
Details of User Story
There are some devices that need IPFIX over: TCP, UDP, Stream CTP (SCTP).; RFC5153 TCP would be more reliable than UDP for transport
Acceptance criteria
- IPFIX support over: TCP, Stream CTP (SCTP).; RFC5153
