Hello,

I have added a WMI sensor to check memory usage. It worked but suddenly stopped working with this error:

This sensor has not received any data since startup. Please check "WMI Delay" channel of core/probe health sensor. Consider distributing your WMI sensors across several probes!

Hello there,

Please follow these steps that will generate additional logs:

  1. Within PRTG please head to "Setup | System Administration | Administrative Tools | Probe Administrative Tools" and hit the button below "Write Probe Status Files".
  2. Please repeat step 1) 3 times with a 60 seconds delay before executing "Write Probe Status Files" again
  3. Open "PRTG Administration Tool" on the affected probe system that runs the sensors (PRTG Server or Remote Probe) and use the button "Send Logs to Paessler..." on tab "Logs and Infos". Make sure to enter ticket id [ticket id removed] in the form before uploading.

I am having the exact same issue as originally reported in this thread. Was there a solution provided for this? Or should I also submit logs for review?

Hi Mark,

As it can have several reasons, we need logs anyway, use "Setup | Contact Support" in PRTG in order to send logs.

Kind regards,

Erhard
